Our chef Viv is School Chef of the Year……


We are delighted to say that our chef Vivienne Day is Harrison Catering’s School Chef of the Year.

She fought off strong competition with her imaginative menu of turkey meatballs stuffed with mozzarella in a tomato sauce, spiralized vegetables and a pesto dough stick followed by churros with a chocolate dipping sauce.

Viv was runner up last year and was determined to succeed this time. We are lucky to have her cooking delicious food for all of us at Reigate St Mary’s every day.
