Kindergarten enjoy an icy polar party………..

The children in kindergarten continued learning all about the polar regions. They had a fantastic polar party and had the opportunity to interview a penguin all about his life.

The children also learnt how global warming is causing the ice to melt in the Polar Regions. They listened attentively to a story about how a mother polar bear had to save her cubs when the ice they were standing on split and floated away. Luckily the story had a very happy ending with the cubs getting a piggy back home from their mum!
