Year 4 enjoy a visit from local artist Simon Canecott……

This week, Year 4 were lucky enough to have a visit from a local artist, Simon Canacott. He showed the children some of his paintings and explained how he’d created them. He then taught the children some of his pen and ink techniques before they had a go at creating their own pictures of local buildings, in the same style as Simon. All the children produced wonderfully creative pieces and thoroughly enjoyed the afternoon.
