Headmaster’s Roundup 25 May 2017

Having spent last week in North Wales with Year 6, like them, I have come back re-energised and once again delighted that our senior pupils have turned into such well-rounded, supportive, thoughtful and determined young people.  They are more than ready for senior school life.  Our Isle of Wight residential trip was also a great success.

Highlights of the last, busy week of this half term include a visit from the Hobgoblin Theatre Company, an Informal Concert at Reigate Grammar School, our Drill Team taking part in the Reigate Grammar Dance Slam, a productive and I believe useful Information Evening for Years 1 and 2 parents, a wonderful Assembly led by Reception on Wednesday morning followed by Year 3 visiting Lullingstone Roman Villa and ten Year 5 pupils attending the Reigate Grammar Modern Foreign Language Mastermind Challenge.  Wednesday afternoon saw competitive and successful fixtures against tough opposition and, of course, the Bund has been used to its full potential in this glorious weather.

I wish you all an enjoyable and restful half term.
