Kindergarten visit Bocketts Farm….

On Friday Kindergarten visited Bocketts Farm. It was a hot and sunny day and the children were all very excited when they arrived at school. We travelled the short journey by coach and after a quick snack and toilet break we were off for our first activity – a tractor ride! Andrew, our guide, took us on a journey around the farm pointing out all the animals on the way. Then we got the chance to view and cuddle a few – the baby pygmy goat was a definite favourite! We had a much needed break for lunch before the final activity – pig racing! The children really enjoyed cheering the pigs on. Finally we enjoyed a run around in the play area and back to school. The children were so well behaved and everyone thought it was a really fab day out. Our thanks go to all the mummies who came with us and who helped to make the day so enjoyable.
