Sports Roundup 3 May 2018

Once again the weather has played it’s part and all fixtures yesterday were unfortunately rained off as well as today’s U9 A and B cricket fixtures. Fortunately the forecast for the next 10 days is looking much brighter. This afternoon, the U8A and B Cricket teams play their first Cricket games of the season. Good luck boys. Congratulations to the U9A cricket team who won their first match last Thursday against Chinthurst.
We have a busy week of sport next week so please ensure you check the sports website over the bank holiday weekend. The Year 3 and 4 boys and girls are competing in the Hawthorns athletics meet and the Year 5 and 6 boys and girls competing in the Lingfield College athletics meet. The U11 Girls Rounders teams play Hazelwood on Wednesday and the U9 girls play Lingfield on Thursday. The Colts cricket teams and U9 cricket teams are also in action against Lingfield.
Please could all children bring in and wear a cap during Games lesson.
