St Mary’s Church Organ Rededication

The choir are privileged to be in the position of enjoying a new era of music making at St Mary’s Church. The church have achieved the outstanding target of raising over £250,000 to renovate the organ which now sounds incredible.
A large audience gathered to celebrate the restoration and witness the blessing of the new instrument by the Bishop of Croydon. The trebles sang an anthem beautifully and the choir’s organist, Ian Le Grice was particularly delighted as he has campaigned tirelessly, along with others, to see this project come to fruition.
