Science is one of the most important subjects at school because of its relevance to children’s lives and the universally applicable problem-solving and critical thinking skills it uses and develops.

It influences most aspects of everyday life including food, energy, medicine, transportation, leisure activities and more. Science has the capability to improve human life at every level from individual to global.

Whilst teaching science at RSM, we aim to help children to answer questions and to inspire them to seek out the answers for themselves. Science is a way of thinking much more than it is a body of knowledge. In other words:

“Discovery consists of seeing what everyone else has seen and thinking what no one else has thought”
