Oh What a Knight!

Upper School Production – A Huge Success!

A huge well done to Year 5 and Year 6 for a truly fantastic show! The Upper School production was a tremendous success, filled with energy, humour, and outstanding talent.

Year 6 performed brilliantly, bringing the stage to life with their vibrant costumes, enthusiastic dancing, powerful singing, and excellent comic timing. Their confidence, teamwork, and sense of fun shone through every performance, keeping the audience thoroughly entertained. Each pupil gave their very best, and the quality of their performance was a credit to the effort they had put in over many weeks of rehearsal.

Year 5, in their supporting roles, showed great focus and enthusiasm singing and dancing, which greatly enhanced the overall production. They contributed so much to the success of the show, ensuring that every scene was full of life and energy.

Over the three performances, around 600 members of the audience came to watch, creating a wonderful atmosphere at every show. The feedback from parents, staff, and guests has been overwhelmingly positive, with many commenting on the high standards achieved and the sheer enjoyment that was evident on stage.

We would like to express our heartfelt thanks to Mrs Rushby, whose dedication, passion, and guidance were instrumental in making the production such a triumph. Despite being unwell in the lead-up to the play, Mrs Rushby continued to work tirelessly, helping the children to reach incredibly high standards. Her commitment to the children’s success and enjoyment was truly remarkable and deeply appreciated by all.

The whole event was a real celebration of hard work, perseverance, and creativity. We are immensely proud of every child who took part and contributed to such a memorable occasion.

Congratulations once again to everyone involved!
