At RSM we are preparing the children for an exciting and challenging future. Our Education for Social Responsibility (ESR) programme takes a deep-dive into the skills they will need for a happy and successful future life, through a combination of philosophy for children, community outreach, the power of the natural world, STEM teaching that tackles real world issues and a focus on sustainability. Through this, they develop leadership, compassion, creativity, resilience, honesty, courage, curiosity and integrity to help shape them into young people who can be game changers and change makers in the years ahead.
