All shortlisted candidates will be required to complete a ‘Suitability to work with children: self-declaration form’. This form must be completed, signed, and returned to HR prior to the interview taking place.

You can download the appropriate Information for Candidates documents below. To apply for a post you will need to download the appropriate Application Form and the Supplementary Information Form. These can either be printed, completed and posted to us, or saved to disk, completed and emailed to us (but please see the note below).
