Extending the school day
During term time, RSM parents can book to extend their child's school day using our app, which makes the process very flexible and easy to manage.
Availability is never an issue and term-time wraparound care can be booked in half-hourly slots on a daily, weekly or termly basis to suit individual schedules.
During the term, we are open from 730am to 6pm daily.
The core school day runs from 8:25am to 3:30pm (Lower School) or 3:50pm (Years 3&4) and 4:00pm (Years 5&6).
Fun & games during the holidays
We are open approx. 48 weeks of the year. Please ask about the weeks when we are closed for essential upgrades and maintenance around our lovely site.
During the school holidays, there are three clubs to choose from at RSM, depending on your child's age and which weeks you are looking for them to attend.
Early Years Holiday Club
Younger children (Green Shoots, Kindergarten & Reception) have a special programme of activities in our Early Years Holiday Club, which is based in familiar Early Years classrooms and run by a caring team of RSM staff.
RSM Holiday Club
Children from Reception to Year 6 enjoy creative activities, swimming, trips off site to foot golf or the panto, and lots of scootering, cycling and treasure hunting in the fresh air around the school grounds. They also love seeing their teachers in shorts and t-shirts in holiday mode!
Camp Beaumont @ RSM
Camp Beaumont has been successfully providing fun and engaging holiday care for over 40 years.
Camp Beaumont hosts the most magical, inspiring and confidence-building activity days created with different age groups in mind. Working with industry-leaders in programme design, children can expect a huge range of over 50 exhilarating indoor and outdoor activities, including Superhero Academy, Soft Play Ninjas, Clay Workshop, Aqua Olympics, Mini Archery and Rockstar Challenge; all tailored by age group and season.
Camp Beaumont gives local children the opportunity to meet new, like-minded friends and have lots of fun together away from screens in a friendly and welcoming environment. With flexible booking options available, childcare vouchers and tax-free childcare accepted, Camp Beaumont is an affordable school holiday childcare option for busy parents in the local area.
