What an incredible day Year 4 had during their India Day!
Pupils immersed themselves in learning through dance, art and a range of engaging classroom activities, exploring different aspects of Indian culture. One highlight of the day was discovering traditional Indian foods and the spices used in many popular dishes.
Using their new knowledge, the children were challenged to design a celebration menu inspired by what they had learned. We were so impressed with their creativity and the thoughtful food choices they included!
In fact, the Year 4 staff were so impressed that they’ve already invited themselves to the celebrations — the menus sounded far too delicious to miss! 🌶️✨
