On Tuesday afternoon, the U8 mixed teams took part in their first cricket fixtures of the term against Surbiton High School. The children all played exceptionally well, showing some accurate bowling and big hitting throughout the afternoon.
The A team finished with an impressive 17-run victory, whilst the B, C and D teams all suffered narrow defeats.
On Thursday afternoon, the U9 boys travelled to Hazelwood School. The bowling efforts were noticeably improved from last week; however, the A team were unfortunately unable to chase down the total set by Hazelwood.
The B, C and D teams all won their matches after some particularly impressive batting and bowling performances.
