This week in Kindergarten, the children have been learning all about life on the farm and thoroughly enjoyed reading the story 'What the Ladybird Heard'.
Inspired by the story, the children became detectives and created their very own wanted posters for the robbers, Lanky Len and Hefty Hugh! They carefully drew pictures of the characters and then had a go at writing their names underneath using their phonics skills.
The activity was lots of fun and sparked plenty of excitement and discussion as the children recalled parts of the story, shared ideas with their friends and took pride in their mark-making and early writing skills.
